Managing your restaurant's menu just got faster and more intuitive. With the introduction of the new Backoffice Design (BOND) updates, DISH POS has rolled out a powerful Inline Editing feature.
Instead of navigating through multiple screens and tedious forms just to change a price or update a name, you can now make updates directly from your overview lists.
Here is a complete guide on how to leverage inline editing across your backoffice to save time and keep your menu up to date effortlessly.
Step-by-step instructions:

- Update Prices & Taxes: Double-click the price field to adjust costs, or click directly into the VAT column to modify tax rates on the fly.
Organizing Product Categories
- Access Categories: Switch over to Product categories in the sidebar menu.
- Rename Instantly: Click directly on a category name to update its title without interrupting your workflow.
Customizing Toppings and Variants

- Edit Names and Categories: Click on a topping name (such as "Bacon") to change it, or click its category field to change its grouping.
- Adjust Pricing and VAT: Click directly into the price field or the VAT column for any variant to alter its price or tax configuration instantly.
Updating Product Options and Menus
- Product Options: Head to Product options in the left-hand menu and click directly on an option name to edit it on the spot.
- Menus Section: Inline editing is also supported in your broader Menus section, simply click on a menu item's name to modify it immediately without opening extra configuration pages.
With this new update you will cut down administrative clicks and update your entire menu in a fraction of the time. Real-time visual updates mean you can see changes instantly in context and spend less time behind a screen and more time focusing on your guests.
