🔒 Symptom: Cash Drawer Does Not Open

    ✅ Step 1: Check the RJ-11 Cable
    What is RJ-11?

Ensure the RJ-11 cable is firmly connected between:

The ticket printer (Drawer Kick / DK port)

    The cash drawer

Gently unplug and reconnect both ends to confirm a secure connection

    Inspect the cable for damage
→ Replace it if frayed, bent, or not clicking into place

⚠️ The cash drawer must be connected to the printer, not directly to the POS terminal.
