What is the new SMS package about?
It is a paid Add-On for DISH Reservation that allows restaurants to send SMS notifications to guests, including the new confirmation SMS, reminder and cancellation SMS. It’s paid monthly in addition to your existing subscription and can be cancelled on a monthly basis- following our Terms and Conditions.
What are we doing?
We want to provide restaurateurs full flexibility in communicating with your customers by introducing an additional SMS option.
What are the benefits of the new SMS package?
- Includes the new Confirmation SMS
- Full control over which SMS to send via the Admin Panel
- Unlimited SMS during the first 6 months of launch
- Helps reduce no-shows and improves guest communication
Why do we change to this new SMS package model?
When managing reservations and communication with your guests, flexibility is key. Therefore, we want to provide additional options you can choose based on your needs. Unfortunately, increasing SMS traffic also comes with extra cost - which we tried to keep as low as possible for you. Exact prices and conditions will be visible during the purchasing process.

What happens if I don’t do anything?
SMS communication to your guests will be disabled unless the Add-On is purchased.
How to purchase the new bundle via the DISH self purchasing flow:
Step-by-step instructions
- Go to DISH: More reservations and profitable orders
- Enter your account credentials
- Click Log In
- Once logged in, select your establishment
- Click on Pricing
- Scroll down to find the SMS Package section
- Under Add-ons, locate the Premium SMS Package
- Click Choose to continue
- Review your provided information
- Scroll down and click Continue
- Accept the Terms and Conditions
- Click Buy now
- If prompted, set up your preferred Payment Method
- Click Pay
- Wait for the payment to process (⚠️ do not refresh the page)
- Once the payment is successful, click Return to Main Site
- You should receive a confirmation email with the details

Once you have purchased the Premium SMS Package, go to your DISH Reservation Admin Panel and choose your preferred SMS settings.
Step-by-step instructions
- Open the DISH Reservation Admin Panel
- Click on Settings
- Then, click on Notifications
- You are now in the Notification Settings section
- Here, you can check the boxes to activate specific SMS notifications
Options include:
- Reservation confirmations
- Cancellations (by the restaurant)
- Reminder messages before the reservation
- Or any combination of the above
Once you’ve selected your preferences, changes are applied automatically.
