    In this article, we show you how to assign a PLU to a product.

    Step-by-step-list

    1. Log in to DISH POS Backoffice.
    2. Select the Products section.
    3. Click on the Products submenu to view all products.
    4. Find the product you want to edit.
    5. Click the editing icon next to the product.
    6. In the product settings pop-up, select Product codes from the left menu.
    7. Enter the PLU in the Product code field.
    8. To add another PLU, click + Add product code.
    9. Click Save to apply the changes.
    10. Go to the general settings and send the changes to the POS system.

    Do you need further information on how to use the PLU in your POS app?

    1. To search by product number, enable this in settings:
      1. Open menu → Settings → Input settings → Toggle on number search
    2. Tap the number pad icon to enter the product number
    3. Matching products will appear and can be added to the order
