How to integrate DISH Reservation into your website?

In this article we will show you how to integrate the DISH Reservation widget into your Website.
Step-by-step guide
- Log into your DISH Website backoffice.
- On the left-hand menu, click on “Reservation Options”.
- Enable Online Reservation
- In the “Reservation Options” page, you will see:
- Fields to add your email and phone number for manual reservations.
- An option to enable Online Reservation.
- Switch on the toggle to activate the Online Reservation tool.
- Click on “Save” to confirm the changes.
- To further personalize the appearance and features of your reservation tool:
- Click on “Go to DISH Reservation”.
- This will redirect you to the DISH Reservation backoffice in a new tab or window.
- Click “Settings” on the left-hand menu.
- Then select “Account”.
- Make sure your account details are accurate (e.g., restaurant name, address, contact details).
- Don’t forget to click “Save” after verifying or updating the info.
- Now go to “Integrations” on the left-hand menu.
- In this section, you can:
- Choose different display formats for the reservation widget.
- Decide whether you want to show your widget on Facebook, or other platforms.
- Generate HTML code for different functions such as:
- Showing customer reviews.
- Displaying restaurant menus.
- Adding a pop-out reservation link.
- Embedding a reservation widget directly into your website.
- Choose and Copy the HTML Code and decide which widget or link you prefer.
- Click to copy the corresponding HTML code.
- Paste the code into your website’s HTML editor or forward it to your web developer to implement it for you.
- Done!
Your DISH Reservation tool is now integrated and personalized!
Customers can now book directly through your website, see your menu, or read reviews, depending on the features you enabled.
