How to use the table plan in DISH Reservation:
How to access the table plan:
- - Click on "Table plan" in the menu on the left.
To view a table overview:
- - On the table plan you will see available tables, arriving guests and upcoming reservations. This feature is available in DISH Professional booking.
How to track different dates/times:
- - Click on the timeline.
- - Select the desired date and time to display.
- - Click Now to return to the current time.
How to view table and reservation details:
- - Click on the table icon to see an overview of available and reserved tables.
- - Click on the watch icon to view reservations assigned to tables.
How to manage reservations:
- - Click on an existing reservation to view or edit details. This applies to both pending and ongoing reservations.
- - Booking information will be displayed on the left with options based on booking status such as delivered, confirmed, and upcoming.
How to add a new reservation:
- - Select the desired table.
- - Click the plus symbol (+) to add a new reservation.
- - Enter the required information and click CREATE RESERVATION.
How to change areas:
- - Click on the layer symbol to switch between areas.
- - Select the desired area by clicking on its name.
How to edit areas:
- - Click the edit icon to edit the area.
- - Click on “+ Add Tables” to add new tables to this area.
- - Enter the table details, drag the table to the desired location, and click SAVE & RETURN.
To disable or remove tables and areas:
- - To deactivate an area, set the slider to inactive.
- - Click Delete to delete the table and confirm by clicking " Yes, delete ".
- - To delete the entire area, click DELETE AREA (make sure all tables are deleted and the area is deactivated). Confirm by clicking "Yes, delete".
How to add new areas:
- - Click on " + Add areas ".
- - Enter a new name for the area and click SAVE AND RETURN when done.
