In this Tutorial, you will learn how to add walk-in guests in your DISH Reservation tool.
Step-by-step instructions
- First, in your DISH Reservation dashboard, click on "WALK-IN" on the top right corner.
- Enter the necessary walk-in information in the new window that appears.
- If you need, you can add any notes under "Reservation notes" or guest details under "Internal guest information".
- Then click on "SAVE" to add the walk-in.
You can also use the filters to view and manage walk-ins, as they will not be listed under upcoming reservations.
To add a walk-in via the table plan, first:
- Click on "Table Plan."
- Then click on "Available" to see available tables and select a table.
- Next, click the green plus icon to add a booking.
- Fill in the required details (phone number and email are optional).
- Finally, click on "CREATE RESERVATION" to complete the booking.
That's it, the walk-in will should now appear under the "Arrived" section.
