Step-by-step instructions
- Access Notification Settings
- Click on Settings in the left-hand menu.
- Select Notifications.
SMS Notification Requirements
- Important: SMS notifications to guests require a separate Premium SMS Package add-on purchase
- Guest notification SMS is not included in DISH Reservation Professional and Premium bundles
- Without the SMS add-on, only email notifications will be sent to guests
- Set Notification Preferences
- Use the checkboxes in the Notification Options section to decide which messages you and your guests will receive.
- Customize Notification Text
- In the Notification Text section, you can add a custom message that will be included in the confirmation email sent to your guests.
- Newsletter Subscription Option
- To offer guests the option to subscribe to your newsletter, check the box under Notification Newsletter Option.
- Save Your Settings
- Once you’ve configured all your notification settings, click SAVE to apply the changes.
