    To support fiscalization needs in Italy, DISH partners with trusted providers like Efsta and Giacomuzzi (GM) to deliver reliable solutions. While our partners handle the preparation, shipment, and support of the RT Fiscal Printer, customers should follow these steps to initiate support or maintenance when needed.

    1. Fiscal Printer Maintenance Service Contract

    It is highly recommended that all customers in Italy enrol in the Fiscal Printer Maintenance Service contract. This contract offers cost-effective maintenance solutions for your fiscal printer. Without this contract, customers are responsible for all maintenance costs.

    2. Reporting and Support Contact

    Phone support: Telephone support for RT Fiscal Printers is available through Giacomuzzi. If you hold a service contract, support is free; otherwise, it will be billed at Giacomuzzi’s standard rates.

    • Epson Service Centers: Customers can take the printer to an authorized Epson service center. If the printer is under warranty, repairs can be completed free of charge for the first 12 months upon presenting the original invoice.

    4. Important Service Notes

    • Customer-Initiated Actions Only: All actions related to RT Fiscal Printer service and maintenance must be initiated by the customer. DISH does not offer replacement for RT Fiscal Printers.
    • Functional Test (“Verifica Periodica”): Italian regulations require a mandatory functional test for fiscal printers every 2 years. Customers can arrange this test through an Epson service center or by contacting a nearby authorized Epson dealer.
      By following these steps, customers in Italy can ensure efficient support for their RT Fiscal Printer, maintain compliance with service requirements, and avoid unexpected maintenance costs.
