In this article, we are going to show you how to assign allergens and additives to products.
Step-by-step instructions
It is possible to set different allergens and additives for products.
- In the main menu of the DISH POS Backoffice under Articles, click on the category Products
- Click the pencil icon next to the product. In the menu that appears, click product information. Place a checkmark next to the relevant allergens and additives and click Save
It is also possible to use the 'allergens' tab to check the relevant allergens next to the items.

- Go to General > General and click Send, to implement the changes.
When a guest now selects allergens on your QR order site, an icon of the relevant allergen will be shown next to the product.
