Step-by-step instructions

1. How to Scan a Barcode in the DISH Order Terminal App
2. Open the DISH Order terminal app. You will be directed to the open orders.
3. Tap the drop-down menu icon to select the barcode scanner.
4. Tap on Scan barcode.
5. Scan the barcode of an order. Ensure that the DISH Order app has permission to use the terminal’s camera.
6. All information regarding the order will be displayed.

What to do if the barcode cannot be read:

• You will receive an error notification. You can try scanning again, cancel, or manually enter the order number.
• If you choose to type in the order number, an interface will appear where you can enter the order number, and the order information will be displayed.
